PURCHASE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Teladoc, Inc., the first and largest telehealth platform in the United
States, has priced and upsized its initial public offering from
7,000,000 to 8,250,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the
public of $19.00 per share.
All of the shares are being offered by Teladoc. The underwriters for the
offering also have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional
1,237,500 shares of Teladoc common stock. The shares of common stock are
expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on July 1,
2015, under the symbol “TDOC.”
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are acting
as joint book-running managers for the offering. William Blair &
